Introduction
First of all I think that spreadsheet is a great way to produce an presentation of
numbers and graphs. Spreadsheet is a very simple and great software to use as it
lets you to format plenty of things. Spreadsheets are guaranteed to make not have
any mistakes. They are often used for businesses information because of their
ability to calculate the entire sheet automatically after a change to a single cell is
made. They are fast, as when you want to figure out a sum, you can type a formula
in without having to work it out in your head. Then you can copy that formula, if you
have a list of the same sum you want to do.

How to open computech sales spreadsheet


1. Click this button on your keyboard

2. You would then need to click on excel

3. You would then have to open your file at the left side of excel then select your
own file.

How to get to products


1. After youve open your spreadsheet a menu bar will be shown.

2. You then easily click the product button which has already contains
macros that will lead you to the product sheet.

3. If you do want to access then menu button you can easily select the menu
button on the button

of the first row.
Selling price = =C3*$J$3+C3
VAT =E3*$J$3
Selling price + VAT =E3+F3

Quarterly sales

This table consist of different calculation. These are the ways to find out the results
of the first row.
Total per item =SUM(C2:E2)
Average sold per item =AVERAGE(C2:E31) FOR THE AVERAGE OF THE MONTHS
Cost price =PRODUCT(C2)
Total sales =I2*G2
