setting up a prezi account


1. Go to the internet browser Google Chrome.
2. Go to www.prezi.com.
3. Once on the website, select the Get Started tab on the
screen. Your screen should now say Choose Your Prezi
License.
4. Click on the grey Public account and select sign up
now.
5. After you have selected the Public Prezi option, enter
your personal information to sign up for a free Prezi
account.

6. Check and read the I agree to the terms of use.


7. Select the Sign Up button.

Creating a prezi
1. Click on the New Prezi button to start creating a new
Prezi.

2. Select the Bright Lights template.


3. Click on the Use template button in the bottom right
corner of the dialogue box when you have selected the
template.

inserting text
1. Go to your Cedarville email.
2. Double-click on Prezi Content.docx and download it
to your desktop.
3. Open the document.
4. Click on the Google Chrome icon to go back to our
Prezi presentation.
5. On the left-hand corner where it shows all the circles
that are on the presentation, click on the first circle you
see.

6. When the circle appears on the screen, double-click on


the spot where you want the text to appear.
7. Select your text to be Title size.
8. From the document, copy and paste the first bold
heading you see onto the text box in Prezi.
9. Double-click on the Prezi circle to create another text
box.

10. Select your text to be Body size.


11. From the document, copy and paste the regular-
sized information following the Title into the text box
in Prezi.

editing text
1. If you want to change the size of the text, choose the
A to decrease the size or the A to increase the
size.

If you want to change the box encasing the text, click


on the <> symbol that is on the right-side of the box.
Click and drag the symbol to the left to right to make
the box bigger or smaller.
If you want to make any more edits to the text, then
you can click on the other text box options.

inserting images
1. Go to the frame titled Examples.
2. Navigate to the top menu bar of your Prezi and select
the Insert button.
3. Choose Image to insert photos from your own
computer.

Click on the Select files button under Insert image.


Navigate to the email where the content was located
and download the images to your desktop.
Click on the Images folder.
Click on the image you want to insert. The first image
will be ENFJ.
Click Open. Your photo will then appear in your Prezi.

9. Continue inserting your images until you have 4

editing paths
1. Click the Edit Path button located at the bottom of the
slide panel.

2. Click Clear Path. You will be ordering the Prezi


yourself.At the top of the screen you should see the
words Click on any object to add it to the path.
3. Click on the frame labeled What is Myers Briggs?. A
number 1 should appear in blue with a star next to it
on your first original frame. This will be the first frame
in your Prezi.

4. Click on the frame labeled Questions. A number 2


should appear in blue with a star next to the frame.
This will be the second frame in your Prezi.
5. Continue clicking on each frame until you have 8
frames in the following order:
1. What is Myers Briggs?
2. Questions
3. Where Do You Focus Your Attention?
4. How Do You Prefer to Make Decisions?
5. How Do You Take In Information?
6. How Do You Deal With the Outer World?
7. The End Results
8. Examples
6. Click Done in the upper right corner once you have
finished setting your Prezis path.

7. Select the Present button in the upper right hand


corner to view your slides in the presentation order
that you have just created.
8. Use the arrows on you keyboard to take you from one
point to the next. To exit out of the presentation mode,
hit the escape (Esc) key on the upper left hand corner
of your keyboard.
