TRANSFER FUNCTION OF A
DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION
Control systems can be mathematically
modeled using differential equations.
Laplace transform algebraically relates the
systems output to its input.
Transfer function using Laplace transform
allow separation of the input, system and
output into three separate and distinct parts,
unlike the differential equation.
