 Inthis chapter, it shows the planning by
weeks. It also shows planning schedule
by Gantt Chart that shows project made
from begin until assembly.

3.2 Explanation for each job.
3.2.1 Measuring

 Measure all material that want to be


use. Tools that will be use are plate
square, measuring tape, engineer chalk
and scriber.

•Gantt Chart
3.2.2 Cutting
 Machine that will be use are disk cutter
machine and shearing machine. When
cutting process have be done grinding
process take part to ensure the smooth
edge of material. Portable grinding
machine will be use.

3.2.3 Fabricate
 Two process will take part.:-
 Rolling – Rolling machine will be use
to roll square tube for make awning
support.
 Drilling – Make a hole for gusset.
Drilling machine, Punching machine
and portable drilling machine can be
use.

3.2.4 Joining
 Type joints that be use are bolt and nut
and welding. Bolt and nut use for
gusset.
 Welding be use for another part that
not use bolt and nut.

3.2.5 Cutting awning
 When the awning support have done, awning
will be cut followed by structure.

3.2.6 Pre-Assemble

 Assemble all parts but not too tightly.


Inspection will be done.

 Assemble all parts after inspected.
Finishing.

 Use semi gloss black.
