MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (BOTH PARTIES ARE FILIPINO CITIZEN) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: This Memorandum Of Agreement entered into by and between TRISTAN IAN S. VILLANUEVA and MARIA CORAZON GOMEZ Of MEXICO PAMPANGA as representatives / bunker trustee of the holder / keeper of TOV G-7 and FEDERAL RESERVED considered as the First Party.
AND
FELUCHIDDIN TRADING of IBAYO, SILANGAN NAIC CAVITE.
Under the Management Team of LERMA B. VIAS, LOMALITA O. MERTO and HENRY B. OYTAS considered as Second Party.
WITNESSETH: 1.Whereas the First Party are the Legal Trustee of 2 Bunkers TOV-G7 and FEDERAL RESEVED NOTES. And committed to surrender fully the said items to the Legal and Authentic Buyers / Redeemer abiding the International and Local Laws of Philippines based on this TRANSACTION. 2. Whereas the First Party committed the following enumeration of Percentage to the Second Party as follows:
TERMS AND CONDITION
70% - Holder / Keeper 20% - Buyer / Redeemer Discount 5% - Bunker / Trustee 5% - Buyers / Redeemer Trustee 3. Whereas the Second Party is responsible to negotiate and scout legal buyers / redeemer, for the said item TOV-G7 and Federal Reserved
Notes. And that the Second Party is entitled 5% of the total amount costing of the said items. 4. Whereas payments of 5% of the Total Values of the Items. Will be upon executing payments to the Holder / Keeper inside the Bank Automatically be distributed to the persons concerned within the signed MOA of both party. 5. Wherefore, both Party mutually agreed and affix their signature below on this date of March ____ year ____ place_________________________________. 6. Wherefore, if any of this Party will not comply and respect the signed memorandum of agreement, automatically legal action and litigation will be filled for due process to any court of the Philippines Peninsula.
