002 Defect Report Hydrant Valve

1. The fire hydrant valve on the main deck starboard side of the MV.SETIA EMAS was damaged due to rust. 2. A work order request was completed to repair the defect because it could not be fixed onboard and required onshore support. 3. The designated person/technical manager was requested to approve the work order for a new fire hydrant valve to be installed since the defect could not be repaired by the crew.
