WAIVER
I acknowledge my voluntary participation in Sagayen National High School FUN RUN Go for
SeniorHigh Run for SagaNaHigh and that I am in good health and capable of finishing the race I will join. I
am aware of all the basic safety rules and all the inherent dangers of joining a race especially since it is done
in an environment beyond my control. I voluntary release, discharge, waive and relinquish any and all causes
of action that I and/or my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns may have for any personal injury,
properly damage or wrongful death due to my participation, regardless of whether the same shall arise due to
negligence of the organizers of the race. I understand that the organizers may provide advice and/or
assistance that I can follow at my own risk. I have read and fully understood the rules and regulation of the
race, including but not limited to disqualifications, false contacts with other participants, declaration of
winners, cancellation of the race due to weather conditions and I agree to abide by the said rules.
