Mark Cunninghams scripts structures:

Paragraph 1: Take a deep breath in, mental count of 3, let it out with a sigh. Close eyes.
Prepare mind for this session, which is about X subject. Preparing inner mind, following
the sound of my voice, etc.
Paragraph 2: Pacing their realitybreathing, pulse, thoughts, outside noises, internal
noises, feelings, etc., all make you go deeper. More talking about the significance of
subject X and the difference it will make.
Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5: Relaxing parts of the physical body, deepening, mixing
physical, emotional, and mental positive stimuli related to relaxation and the themes of
the process of subject X being realized in each of these areas.
Paragraph 6/7: Reinforcing the suggestions, each time you will go deeper, each time
you hear a similar or the same suggestions, they will become stronger and stronger in
your mind, each time you hear the suggestions, your powerful inner mind makes a
connection in reality. The connection could take place today upon awakening. Every
day, in every way, you are noticing more and more examples/evidence/proof that
subject X is real for you now. Imagining blood flowing, circulating these positive
suggestions and concepts through you. Carrying these with you throughout your day.
Paragraph 7: More physical relaxation of more body regions. In the deepest level of
relaxation you will eliminate the stress, you will remove completely the strain, dissipate
all the confusion between who youve been and who youre becoming. Youre creating a
line of time. Extending from this moment to the very distant past to the most probably
future where your willingness to embrace health, to include harmony into your lifestyle
will only get better. Each time going further than the time before. Further inside knowing
that regardless of what happens around you you continue to relax and in the state of
relaxation you find benefits magnifying in your mind. Benefits harmonizing in your
thoughts. Continue to create success as an attitude. Such success, such habits of
success that everyday it will be easy for you. Natural and more positive for you to be
who you are. All you really need to do now is concentrate on the simple and easy action
of breathing and imagine the blood as it flows freely thought the body. Entering into the
capillaries and arteries. Cleaning out all that isnt supposed to be there.
Paragraphs 8, 9: More positive metaphors (health, crystal clear, cool water, healthy,
flowing blood, etc.), relaxing, minds eye, positive suggestions and commands, calling
upon inner resources, continuing with more body parts relaxing, conscious mind can let
go. Each time you go deeper. Each time the suggestions go deeper inside your inner
mind, becoming part of who you are, becoming your reality now, positive benefit.
About 5-7 paragraphs of more suggestions, metaphors, and continuing to relax and let
go. Only you know how all this information is going to benefit you. So today, as you

create the benefits in your mind, as you create the benefits in your thoughts
Each time further than before, more comfortable, more relaxed, and more positive than
the time before. So comfortable, so relaxed, and so positive that your mind is open and
receptive to all the suggestions that follow. Suggestions that will allow you to life the life
that you prefer, suggestions that will allow you the realization of positive thoughts,
positive actions, and positive beliefs. Each time further than before.
My voice is going to pause now. When my voice returns it will only prompt you to
become more convinced that you have the skills, the abilities, and the resources to
reach the deepest level or relaxation for you.
OR
In a moment, you will once again hear my voice. When you once again hear my voice
you will find your body going ten to one hundred times deeper inside. Accepting each
post hypnotic suggestion as reality for you and this is so.
[Pause about 20 seconds]
2-3 paragraphs prepping mind to accept suggestions even more and deeper and
deeper, etc. and all negative thoughts, behaviors, and feelings are gone from your mind,
gone from your thoughts, gone from your awareness. Negative thoughts have no control
or influence over any level of your mind or body at this or any level of the awakening
level of consciousness. You will remain in complete and total control. Positive thoughts,
positive actions, positive feelings, positive beliefs will follow you like your shadow
throughout the rest of your life and just as the day follows the night so too changes are
spontaneous and natural youre noticing that you are becoming convinced that you have
absolutely, positively, without a question put a halt stop to the negative thoughts,
feelings, beliefs, and behaviors of the past. They are gone.
To convince your conscious mind that your powerful unconscious mind is now working
out all of the details focus your attention on your hands and notice with me now which
one is warmer
Several more paragraphs of either just positive suggestions, or positive suggestions
within a framework theme, such as spelling the word GENIUS with each letter
representing something special, specific, and important to you, or something similar
counting down as you descend an elevator or escalator passing levels 10 to 1. This is a
great way to introduce a theme to connect several concepts together.
Then a paragraph or two prompting and pacing changes in the future in various places,
times, and contexts. Also prompting the changes to click into place, connection to be
made, all of it to be fully internalized and assimilated and to become perfectly tuned and
harmonized. Then given a moment to allow this to happen, and when you hear my voice
again, it will let your inner mind know that this process has completed itself, and
everything has connected and clicked into place.

[Pause about 20 seconds again]


Each time more comfortable than the time before until soon youre totally and
completely unaware of the body by this point. Yet youre more aware. Very alert and
very conscious of the power of your own mind. Where if you dont mind the physical
changes, the mental changes, the emotional changes will be magnified through your life
experience as positive thoughts, actions and beliefs. You will find upon awakening from
this relaxation process that negative thoughts, negative people and negative situations
will have no control over your emotional well being. Like water off a ducks back you will
simply let it go. In a moment youre going to notice that this process will have come to
an end.
When you notice that the process has come to an end and youre willing to use the
relaxation to benefit you and everyone in the world around you then and only then will
your eyes open and when your eyes open youll be wide awake, feeling fine and in
perfect health. Feeling better than ever before but only when youre willing to accept,
use and benefit form the power of your own mind and this is so.
OR
Each time the you close your eyes with the intention of going into hypnosis your
ability to accept, use, and benefit from hypnotic suggestions is only going to get better.
Better and better, every day, in every way.
Something saying that in a moment youll notice this process will come to a natural
end. When you notice the process is ended you will slowly and then completely return
back into the room [or to sleep, or whatever] but that will only happen when you are
convinced, absolutely, positively convinced that from this day forward you will no longer
accept, give energy to, or believe in negative thinking. Negative thoughts, concepts, and
beliefs will have no control over you. You will take all the necessary steps upon
awakening to create success in every area of your life from your personal life to your
financial health and your career. Every area of your life is going to get better. Better,
better,, and better and this is so and when you notice this process has come to a
complete stop, then and only then will your eyes open and you will be wide awake,
feeling refreshed, relaxed, alert, feeling fine and in perfect health. Feeling better than
ever before, perhaps as if youve just received a deep, peaceful, relaxing, revitalizing
sleep. Giving a smile to the world and getting a smile in return.
