Orifice Flange Assembly Line Size/Sch

The orifice flange assembly consists of a pair of welded neck raised face flanges in ASTM A105 steel that are 4.0 mm thick with an orifice plate made of 316 stainless steel. It also includes studs, nuts, and bolts made of carbon steel along with a champion make compressed asbestos free gasket. There are two pairs of 1/2 inch NPT female pressure tapings, one pair of which is plugged with 1/2 inch NPT male plugs made of carbon steel. The orifice flange is designed for a water service with a density of 3 kg/cm2, viscosity of 1 cp, and maximum operating pressure of 13 kg/cm2
