The hereunder declaration of conformity regarding valves is applied exclusively to products with the CE mark and

belonging to Category I.
It must not be considered for those products that belong to category related to article 3.3 of the Directive.

Pressure independent balancing and control valves

are produced exclusively at TA-Regulator, Orliska 13, 8250 Brezice, Slovenia and in conformity
with below stated standards and the essential safety requirements that are stated in the Pressure
Equipment Directive, 97/23/EC.

Our catalogue sheets 6-10-25 KTM 512.

Calculation of shell design strength was done according to EN 12516-3.

Pressure testing of the valves fulfils the requirements of EN 12266-1.

Valve bodies are made of ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 according to EN 1563.

Valve bonnets are made of CuZn39Pb2 according to EN 12165.

Diaphragms and seals are made of EPDM.

The flanged valve ends are in accordance with EN 1092-2.

The threaded valve ends are in accordance with ISO 228.

Our quality system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas.

Our conformity assessment procedure is according to Module H of the Directive 97/23/EC.
