LEAD TELLER, JUNIOR VAULT MANAGER (1996 1997)
Worked with Senior Vault Manager to ensure the accuracy of the vault balance and acted as the lead
bank teller responsible for monitoring the work and schedules of all tellers in a branch to ensure
efficient teller operations during business hours. Trained new tellers, ensured adequacy of cash and
coin supply, balanced daily settlements, performed cash audits as necessary, and stayed informed of
changes in services or procedures.
