3. Each project group should submit a project proposal comprising the following information.
Project title
List of students and the assigned roles of each student
Objective of the project
Expected final outcome
Facilities required
4. The proposals signed by the guide should be submitted on or before 03-Feb-2015.

Guidelines for B.E. Project Work (2014-2015)


1. The project selected should be related to the curriculum.
2. Each group should keep a project diary which will be a record of progress in the
work. The guide may give instructions regarding the work in the diary itself.
Students should obtain the signature of the guide in the diary every week during
project period. The project diary will be evaluated at the time of every presentation

Abstract Requirements
1. Project abstracts should be submitted in PDF or Word Document format with
minimum 12 pt.(TNR) font and 1 margins (or IEEE format).
2. First page Title of project (14 pt. TNR)
Left Side :Group NO Right Side : Guide name
Group Member names along with Ht no Designation
3. Second page : label Abstract to be in the middle of paper (TNR 12pt bold)
4. A summary of the project:
o Overall purpose/goals of the project
o A brief description of how the project will be implemented (steps)
o Optional: Any additional information you want the committee to know
5. Abstracts may not exceed 2 pages in length
6. References made
7. Content should be TNR 12 pt.
