Would you object if society sought
equality not by handicapping the gifted but by lifting up the not-gifted, say through
genetic engineering or biotechnological enhancement? Evaluate the pros and cons

4. The United States has often been called the land of opportunity. This suggests that
individuals are free to pursue their dreams to the best of their abilities, which may
