• Guest Relations will meet the guest at the


porch and escort the guest to the reception.

care of your bags. If you would follow me my
name is Wenny, we will have your check in
formalities done in your room.”
Escorting to the Room
• Welcome to Aston Marina Ancol Hotel.
• Would this be your first trip to Jakarta.
• We have your room located on the 21st floor
you will have a beautiful view of the Ocean
from there.
• We have a restaurant “Cumi-cumi Restaurant”,
lounge “Cium-cium Lounge”, cake shop
“Cicip-cicip”. The location at the Lobby level.
And also we have a swimming pool “Cebur-
cebur” at the M1 level.
In Room Check in
• In the room
“Mr. Frank, this is the registration card. You will stay in our hotel for
2 nights (from 08 January – 10 January 2010), and the type of room is
1 residence deluxe with the room rate Rp. 918.390 nett inclusive
breakfast for two person. ”

“Mr. Frank if I could bother you for your passport, a business card and
the Credit Card that you will be settling your stay bills with.”
“I would be blocking an amount of IDR 1.000.000 on your card which is
equal to your room night charges for the stay and for others deposit.”

“I have taken the liberty of making two room keys for you Mr. Frank.
Please do let me know if you need any more.”

• Room orientation needs to be done in a
systematic manner.
• It needs to be done in a single direction,
clockwise or anti clockwise.
• Need to show the Mini bar, the in room safe
and the Emergency Exit plan.
