and in todays segment well be giving you a taste of what being in
the music industry is like and what it takes to make it in one of
the most desirable industries.
Firstly, Ally Colquhoun with Dan who is a music student at the
Henley College to let us know a bit more information on the skills
needed to make a start in the music industry.

Thank you Kelera. Hi Im Ally and today I am at with _____
interviewing them about the talent needed to succeed in being a
musician.
1) At what age did you start playing instruments and what were

1. Hi Steve, Thank you for coming today for this interview.

and who was your first major influence that drew you want to
create your own music?

We now join Jake Clark live, where he is joined by John Clark. John
Clark is an owner of a record label, who deals with the management
of bands. He also has the experience of being in a successful band
throughout the 90s.
2. its the late 80s early 90s, the decline of 80s rock and
metal music turned to grunge however the metal bands of the
time served as larger than life icons with the likes of Motley
Crue, Metallica and Guns n Roses What opportunities were
available for a small thrash/death metal band at this point?
3. Were you aware of the opportunities for bands at the time and
what steps did you take to get to where you were?
