Additional comments:
I enjoyed having Ms. Loring here very much. She is focused and did a great job of planning out a good educational opportunity for the
students. I feel that she is well prepared for the student teaching opportunity and will put in a great effort while serving with a cooperating
teacher in that capacity. Her professionalism is exemplary. She did a nice job of asking reflective questions on how to improve lessons, and
where to improve her delivery of instruction. The group of students she taught the lesson to was not especially culturally diverse, so she didnt
get much experience there. She did an excellent job of circulating through the classroom, checking for understanding and helping students with
the lesson. There were no evident management situations that were not handled with care and concern for the students. Ms. Loring did use a
variety of teaching strategies with one-on-one, group lecture and presentation, and demonstrations. Ms. Loring has an easy/out going demeanor
well suited to establishing relationships within the classroom.
