Groups will present on December 11th, 2015 ;
-Each Group will present for 20-25 min and will have 15-20 min for Questions and Answers (totally about 40
min).
-Each Group will prepare Handout in WORD and PPT slides for presentation. The Handout and PPT file
should be submitted to Instructor within the Week of Presentation and to be shared to all Groups in the Class.
The presentation topics are subjected to be included in the Final Exam.
Suggested Contents for presentation:
+Commercial aspect:
- Current situation of production in the world and in Vietnam.
- Some main producers + example of well-known brand-names
+Technological aspect:
-Technological process and manufacturing flow chart.
-Quality specifications for the product(s).
-Description of each step for materials involved and equipment/machinery needed.
-Assume a certain production capacity, for example 100 kg/h or 100 L/h, show examples of calculation
for material and/or energy requirement for each step in the manufacturing process.
