Step 1 - Open your form 16 and click

on SIGNATURE PANEL on the UPPER


RIGHT CORNER

Step 2- On the left pane click on VALIDATE

Step 3 click OK

Step 4 Click OK

Step 5 Click on VALIDITY


UNKNOWN( ?) section

Step 6 click on SIGNATURE PROPERTIES

Step 7 click on SHOW SIGNATURE CERTIFICATES

Step 8 click on TRUST

Step 9 click on ADDED TRUSTED


CERTIFICATES

Step 10 - click OK


Step 11 click OK


Step 12 You are back to CERTIFICATE
VIEWER PAGE and click OK

Step 13 You are back to SIGNATURE PROPERTIES


PAGE and click on VALIDATE SIGNATURE

Step 14 click on CLOSE.

Step 15 Signature is VERIFIED and


shown as VALID in FORM 16 PART A & B.

YOUR FORM 16 IS READY FOR IT RETURN
