Open Extremeburner,and select : File-Open Flash select your dump you will have to confirm correct loading hex

Do same for eprom dump

Set Fuses as shown in last picture,then push Write AllExtremeburner will now write flash eprom and fuses to Atmega
You will get a message of success or fail of prozess.
If on board it doesnt work:
1. Your Atmega162 is protected,by SPIEN Fuse,and you need HVPP of Board
2. Try write off board,sometimes writing Atmega162 on boars doesnt work even SPIEN Fuse enabledjust unsolder
and write offboard.
