The teacher does not strictly monitor classroom activities or put time limits on activities so that students can fully benefit from all activities. Assessment is done through multiple choice questions and discussions with individual students about their answers. Learning is assessed by repeating lessons multiple times and asking students what they learned. Assessment of Pupils Progress


1 How did the teacher monitor classroom activities?
In my observation class, the teacher never monitors the classroom
activities. She did not move to the next activity if the students did not
finish. She does not like to put time limit for the activity. Because, she
want them to get benefit from all activities.

2 What sort of designated assessment tasks are integrated


within classwork?
To assessment the students, the teacher use multiple-choice to make the
assessment essay. Moreover, she discos with each student about their answers.

3 How does s/he assess the learning during lesson?


She assess the learning by repeat lesson a lot of time. Moreover, she ask them
about what did they took.

4 How did s/he give feedback to facilitate learning?


She gives the students feedback by show them that the lesson or the
activity is easy. For example, the teacher shows the students the
activity by doing it after that she ask them to do. However, she go to
each student to help them.
5 Did s/he give homework?
The students have a book that has many different activities for all the
lessons of the year. The teacher gives the students this book after
finishing each lesson to solve it at home. That means that, they took it
every Thursday and bring it on Sunday..

6 Which of these strategies would you use/not use? Why?

Start the lesson by singing. The students need something to make


them focus to the lesson. So, if they start their lesson by singing, they
will be active and they will focus to the lesson.
7 Was there anything that could have been done differently?
One of the students allows bite other students. However, the teacher
knows that but she did not punish her. So, this girl still bites the
students. I think that if the teachers punish her, she will not bite other
student agency.
8 What surprised you?
The students was polite and kind the respect all the teacher and the
principle. However, there are some students do not respect teachers.
9 What shocked you?
One of the teachers was in the hospital because one student hit her.
So, she was absent for two days. However, I was shocked because I
can not believe that how student can hit teachers.
10 What delighted you?

I like that the teacher which I observed her class advised me how to be a
good teacher. However, she encouraged and gives me motivation to be a teacher.
