Why is planning and preparation for learning important?

What do you have to think about before you being to plan for

What stages did the teacher go through in order to prepared

How the student get the information.

The beginning of the teacher made as feel a great responsibility towards the
student. One of the responsibilities that the teacher should do it is how to get a
good lesson. So, the first point that she to do a plan before classes, think what she
do in class. The second point prepares for the lesson that brings the tools, markers,
files and come in a good mood. The two points are important to manage time and
class flow easily smoothly.
Before the class, she thinks to what the way or learning style that she will gave the
students the lesson. What she do activities for students. Also, how to include four
skills (writing, reading, listening and speaking).

There are many stage that she do it is how the students get the information
because each student has a different thinking style and levels, and there are a
special needs children. So, she do different activities that depend on students
States like a worksheet, draw on the blank paper doing something by hand.
Finally, when she does the plan she already feels more comfortable and happy in
the class. Also, she will not forget any information of the lesson. On other side, the
student will understand the lesson, and she achieves the goal that she wants.
