In this week, the author observed classrooms at Al Andalus Cycle one School for girls. On the first day, the author met with colleagues and the manager to discuss their observation mission in the school. The author was assigned to observe Ms. Zainab Ali's English class for grade 2/2 and took notes on her effective teaching strategies. Some strategies included dividing the classroom into areas of student work, rewards, classroom rules, and using technology like a data show. The following days, the author observed English, science and math classes to prepare for teaching their own class of students next week. The author chose a lesson with their mentor teacher and prepared resources to teach on Sunday.

In this week, I went to Al Andalus Cycle one School for girls to
observe students and teacher's strategies in the classroom. Then in
first day, I found my colleagues there and I joined them to ask the
reception about the manager assistance. After waiting for long time,
the manager assistance met us and we introduced ourselves and
talked about our mission (task) in the school. She was happy. She
welcomed us and she let us to meet teachers and also to choose
which teacher we will join to her class. After the classes, I liked my
MST which teach English subjects and her
name is Ms. Zainab Ali. Also, I liked class
which grade 2/2 with her design and
organization. I took some notes about her
teaching. Actually, she was very good had a
good strategies used in her class and she
can control the class to follow her roles.
In next day, I found some duties and
activities that attracted me and I like teacher's design in her class
for example, she divided her class in areas like student's work,
grade two stars (reward system), our theme, our alphabet,
classroom rules, stories area, circle time and our word wall. I saw
the teacher's effort in her class through her teaching students and I
saw also students work in activity time and they really like their
teacher and like English subject to learning and work on.

Finally, I like my students and I really want to teach them in next


week. So, I choose the lesson with MST and prepared all resources
that I need to teach children in first class in the morning on Sunday.
