    Improve your customer services offering an easy and cheap monitor instrument for his
    genset.
    The GSM kit allows to control and manage the Gen Set everywhere you are, even if you
    are far from your office.
    Thanks to the GSM Kit, its possible to establish a connection avoiding expensive
    subscriptions.
    Thought SMS, or making a data call, you can receive information from the Gen set related
    to the status, voltage and currents, oil pressure, etc
    Using the same system you can even send command fro start/stop and reset alarms.
    The modem GL865 can be connected with the following SICES controllers:
    DST4602
    DST4601PX
    GC3XX
    GC500 e GC500Plus
    MC100

    Operation
    The system allows the communication with the gen set by means a traditional mobile network GSM.
    You can communicate with the control card using any Pc equipped with a PSTN modem, using Sices software SicesSupervisor.
    Using the Modem GL865 its possible to know the status and the electrical measures of the genset.
    The system allows a remote supervision using SMS sent to your mobile phone in case of alarm or shutdown or establishing a
    data connection with your genset.
    This particularly function allows to prevent failures and / or to restore the Gen Set functions.

    Technical features
    The modem GL865 has the required technical features suitable for industrial environment.
    The ambient function temperature is in the range from -20C +55C.
    The modem can be used with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as battery voltage.
    It can be fitted easily into panels and there is a wide choice of antenna type.
    The modem supplied is a dual band 900-1800.
    The modem GL865 doesnt require any configuration. Its enough to set some parameters using the BoardPRG on the genset
    controller
