Journal Week 03

This week was my third week in Al Andalus School. This week, I taught English and Math. While explaining the math lesson, it was a little bit hard because the students were noisy, and their attitude was different from when they were studying English. Also, I had to observe science so that I can prepare for the lesson for the next week. Also, in my perspective there are some improvement that I've done, one of them that I used differentiation for the activities according to the students' level.

Week 3 Journal 3

October 22th, 2015


This week was my third week in Al Andalus School. This week, I taught
English and Math. While explaining the math lesson, it was a little bit hard
because the students were noisy, and their attitude was different from when
they were studying English, and I think the reason of it, that they feel
comfortable since they are speaking in Arabic. But thankfully, Ive finished
my whole listen without having any other problems. Also, I had to observe
science so that I can prepare for the lesson for the next week. Also, in my
perspective there are some improvement that Ive done, one of them that I
used differentiation for the activities according to the students level, and
that helped a lot to know about their ability and how can I improve it for
them. Also, I improved in managing the students behavior a little bit, thanks
to the reward system that Ive made, but there were some students who
werent focusing but playing. In the next lessons that Ill teach, Ill let the
students to work individually, so they dont talk without completing their
tasks.
