For this assignment you will be creating a pivot table using data off https://chhs.data.ca.gov. After creating your pivot table and altering the data by specific instructions, you will answer ten questions relating the data. Step 1: You will need to access the data from the CA Department Health and Human Services Open Data Portal, https://chhs.data.ca.gov. Next you will select All Data and search for Infectious Disease Cases by County, Year, and Sex 2001-2014. You will export the data as CVS for Excel. After downloading this dataset, you will need to save the dataset. Step 2: Once Excel has opened and before you can create your pivot table, you will have to click on any cell in the data to begin. Choose Insert and then click on the pivot table tab. This will take you to an empty Excel sheet, here you will choose the following to create your pivot table. A. B. C. D.
