TEXT PANEL USER GUIDE

1.FIRST PAGE:

After Power ON the Machine TEXT PANEL Display the above


screen.
It indicates the Date, Time, Current Mode, Time Delay, Total Cycle
Count and Time Duration of single Cycle.
MODE:
We can perform Three kinds of Modes of operation

1.MANUAL MODE:
In this mode Arrow of the selector switch will
be pointing towards Left.
2.SEMI AUTO:
In this mode Arrow of the selector switch will be
pointing towards center then we press the Cycle Start Button.
3.AUTO MODE:
In this mode Arrow of the selector Switch will
be pointing towards Right and once Push button(Cycle Start
Button) is pressed the Cycle will be continuously Running.
DELAY:
It displays the time delay between two cycles of operation.
TIMER:
Here we can set the delay between two cycles of operation by
using F2 key.
COUNTER:
It Shows the Number of cycles completed so far. We can
reset the Counter By pressing F3 Key.
TIME DURATION OF SINGLE CYCLE:
It shows the time duration of single cycle.

2.SECOND PAGE

It shows the status of all sensors


Its also show the Current mode of operation
FOURTH PAGE:

this page will come only in manual mode

FR.DOWN

SQ.RIGHT

By pressing F1 key FRAME Will go Down


By Pressing F2 key Frame Will go Up
--- By pressing F3 Key squeezing motor rotate
In Clockwise direction.
SQ.LEFT
--- By pressing F4 key Squeezing motor
rotate In
Anticlockwise direction
M.SQ.ACTION
--- Manually we can check the Squeezing
Rubber
Tension by pressing F5 Key.
M.FLOOD.ACTION -- Manually We Can check the Coating
plate tension by pressing F6 Key.
RIGHT LEVEL
--- It will rise the ZIG upwards by
pressing F7 Key.
MANUAL MIDDLE MOVE ---- We can move the squeezing
motor to the middle position.

FIFTH PAGE:

This page will come only in manual mode


we can ON/OFF the P-OFF BYPASS using F1 key.

We can set the Middle squeegee delay by using F2 key.
