Assignment: Long case write up:

Each student need to read the case and then explain the OD initiatives undertaken by the
company.
A critical appraisal of the case containing the students own observations and the viewpoints
and alternative suggestions must be a part of the case write-up.
As all these companies are in operation, research the current status of these companies in
terms of business growth and HRM related issues. Then link the same with OD initiatives
which took place and then give your own analysis as to whether the company has improved
in its performance in the current point in time.
