Spring Schedule 2010

This schedule provides information on classes offered between April and July 2010. There are a variety of fitness classes offered every day of the week, including yoga, Pilates, belly dancing, Zumba, ballet, and more. The classes are taught by different instructors and held at various times throughout the day from early morning to evening. Special events are also noted, such as a teen hip hop showcase and a holistic seminar series on selected weekends.
