Yes. Biennial can fix New Orleans.


No. Biennial cannot fix New Orleans.

Premise 1
Biennial can fix New Orleans as they put much effort which clears the mission due to the
selection of the Board of Directors to take decisions. Moreover, the fight of Cameron and
his supporters suggested their success in future guaranteed.
All the people who helped volunteer, theyre coming in and buying houses and setting
up their own spaces. Theyre pushing out the poor, says the artist Keith Calhoun, who,
