After I moved out, I never received my deposit in the mail. Instead, I received a letter from courthouse
that I had to appear in small claim court yesterday. I went to the court and |

agree with the charges. The evidence were fabricated and repair costs were exaggerated.

¯e had to move out because my husband was being deployed overseas. ¯hen we left the apartment it
was spotless! It looked better than the day we moved in. I had the carpet cleaned, and followed the
exact specifications on the paper I was given by the apartment. I needed the deposit back to have the
money to drive back home. I didn't get it. c| | ||   | |

because the day I left, I accidently left one bag of chips on the counter. ONE BAG!
