Intended learning outcomes:

Know that spoken sounds and words can be written down using letters of the
alphabet and how to write some high-frequency sight words and known
words(ACELA1758)

Activities/content:
o Re-introduce the formation rhymes (1 and 2) and extend onto 3
o Explain activity We are going to decorate our 3 and with the rhyme, and
then you can colour the sheet.
o First we want to stick the 3 in the middle of this paper. Then cut out our
rhyme we will put the start of the rhyme on the top of the page, and the end
of the rhyme at the bottom Remember the big piece on the top and the
smaller one on the bottom.
o Repeat Rhyme while indicating where they belong
o Then we can decorate our page! think of what the rhyme says when doing
this.
