Phool Nagar,
Dear Sir,
This is very humbly informed you that I have accepted a position within a
new industry. I want to express my gratitude for a rewarding professional
industry during my employment with Sayyed Engineers Limited. I am
working here since 6th February, 2013. I learned a lot during my stay over
here in this industry.
This decision was not an easy one and involved many hours of thoughtful
consideration, particularly for my own plans for my future. I am confident
that this new position represents a positive move toward fulfilling my career
goals.
I hope you will respect my position in this matter. I will hopefully work here in
Sayyed Engineers Limited till 8th October, 2015 and then I am aiming to
join new industry as soon as possible. Therefore I request that you waive my
termination notice. I request you to provide me Experience Letter also.
I hope for the progress of this industry.
