Executive Summary:
The purpose of the power point presentation is to provide a data analysis
for 2013 product and total sales. As provided in the presentation, you will
find detailed data, graphs, and tables on sales overview, data on top ten
products, customers, and region. The presentation will provide how sales
changed in 2013, new strategies, and suggestions for improving product
and total sales per region. A narration will be provided in a comment box
at the bottom of the slides to explain what will be presented during a
meeting with the CEO, senior leaders, utilization review team, sales,
marketing, and stakeholders.

Sales Overview for 2013:


From 2007 2013, sales have gained steady momentum reaching company record
setting numbers of $1,355,929.21. The average total sales for 2013 was $135,592.92
which exceeded 2007s highest total sales at $132,949.10. The U.S. stands out with the
total amount of sales as Germany which was ranked 2 nd . Since expansion of
manufacturing buildings in the U.S., we have managed to exceed sales totals. At 1111
customers and record setting numbers, manufacturing warehouses will be built into
regions with lower sales which include France, Venezuela, Canada, and Belgium. It is
projected that sales will double by total product sales due to immediate availability of
products.

Top 10 customers by year:


From 2007-2013, customers transformed with improved customer relations in 2012-2013 as 50%
of returning customers with an average of $135,592.92 remained satisfied with our products. The
U.S., Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Belgium were among the top returning customers based
on product total sales. Increased sales are a result of available products which are in our
manufacturing warehouses. As we continue to provide warehouses to the other regions, increase
in customer relations and total sales are expected.

Top 10 products by year:


Products were scarcely available to certain regions in 2007 which resulted in low sales,
but as compared to 2013 with increased marketing and product availability through
region warehouses. The United States, Germany, and Austria had the most products
sold which included beverages, dairy products, seafood, confections, and produce
increasing their sales for product by region. (Products varied by seasonal demand)

From 2007 2013, there was a significant increase in total sales per region, even though there was a decline in
customers. In 2007, there was a total of 2156 customers with the highest of sales being $54,766.80, in 2012, there
were 2047 customers with $271,436.48 in sales, and 2013, with 1111 customers and highest sales of
$429,985.45. Even though the amount of customers declined, the amount of sales per region and product
increased. The relation of productivity over the years and region depended on the increase of total product sales,
which resulted in increased total sales per region. We continue to provide our customers with 24/7 access to goods
while being able to place orders online, fast shipment within 24 hours, and order tracking of products. Marketing
