Part I: Feasibility Analysis/Market Research/Competitors

Domain & Market Research (informal)- Finalize topic, research the market conditions,
document your findings about competitive landscape and available opportunities in a brief
Market research document (2-3 pages). The Market Research document should briefly
describe the following: 1) Domain of interest (e.g., "augmented reality" smart phone app to
guide a city visitors through historical and entertainment sites, restaurants., etc.); 2) Introduce
your idea briefly; 3) Key competitors, products and features - include a comparison table; 4)
Conclusions - succinctly summarize the opportunity.
Problem Statement/Vision Statement - create a problem or vision statement, using one of the

Part II: Project Planning and Management
