1. To create a table in Microsoft Access, choose a blank database and name the file. Select design view and name the table, then add fields for the subject being taken. 2. To create a query, choose query design and click add to select the table. Click each field to add it to the query, then run the query to view it. 3. To create a form, choose form from the menu to display the subject data.

ASSIGNMENT: ACCESS

1 How to create a Table.

Firstly, choose Microsoft Access to start make assignment.

Then
i. Choose a Blank Database to create an assignment.
ii. And create a file and name it by Assignment : Access

Select View, then tap D or Design view on the screen.


Name the table by ACCESS.

Design ViewDatasheet View-

The title of what the subject you take.


show the table and its subject.

And, thats how the first step to start making a table.

2 How to create a Query.

Choose Query Design to making a query.


Then, click Add and the Query of the table appeared.

Click each title once and it will fill the table below.

Click Run to see the progress by Query Design.


And the table can be manage completely.

And, thats how to make a complete and arranged table by its work.

How to create a Form

Choose Form to make next step in assignment.

This is how to show a form of the subject.

How to create a Reports.

Choose Report to make a report for the Access.

How to create a Relationships.

Chose Relationships.

Use the first table to start making a relationships.


And second one with the primary key at the left.

Drag the Nama Pekerjaan on the left to the same one on the right. And the line
of relationship appear.
And, it is how to make a relationships between the table.
