of the previous status report. It would also include other key
items that were accomplished but not planned.

Identify the key deliverables and/or tasks that are expected
to be completed within the next reporting period. These
items would typically be taken from your project schedule.
Outstanding Items from This Reporting Period
Highlight the deliverables and/or tasks that were expected to
be completed but were not.

Identify each Risk or Issue


o Provide details on the risk or issue and the next
steps to be taken to mitigate the risk or
resolve/address the issue.
