UnderFormatmenuopenColumns.
Setthenumberofcolumnsto3andclickOKorfind
thecolumniconandhighlight3columns.

Addingtext:

Forcolumn1typetextinspaceprovided.
Toaddtexttocolumn2movethecursordowntothebottomofcolumn1,usingyourreturn
key.Repeatforcolumn3orgotoInsert>Break>columnbreak.

Formattingtext:
Highlightthedesiredtext.Thenclicktheiconsatthetopofyourscreentochangethefont,size,
styleandalignmentofyourtext.

Layoutanddesign:

Planyourbrochureaccordingtothesuggestedlayout
Usebullets,pointformandpicturestocreateopenspaceinyour
brochure(toomuchtextdiscouragesthereader).
Useheadingstoclearlyindicatethedifferentsectionsofyourbrochure
Useonefontthroughoutyourdocument,addemphasisbychanging
thesize,boldingorunderliningsomeparts.

Addinggraphics:

SelectInsertandthenPicture.
SelectClipart.Artoptionsareontheleft,chooseagraphicandclickinsert.
Movegraphicbydraggingthecenter.
Resizegraphicbydraggingahandlepoint.
Ifyouwantthetexttowraparoundthegraphic,clickontheimagethenundertheFormat
menuclickonpicture,thenwrapping,finallychoosestyle.
