OUTPUT of SPSS File

The one-way ANOVA summary found a significant difference in job satisfaction (JSS) scores between age groups. Post hoc Tukey tests showed JSS was significantly lower for ages 18-29 (mean=15.25) compared to ages 45+ (mean=23.18). No other significant differences were found between the 30-44 (mean=22.10) and other age groups. The homogeneity of variances test was not significant, indicating equal group variances.
