CONDITIONS:
1. Delivery order must be signed by members of the firm or per procuration.
2. Goods in bonds are held subject to a general lien by the warehouse
keeper for all the debts present or future due or any amount payable to
the warehouse keeper by the party to whose order or in whose name the
goods are lying in bond.
3. Amount of duty should accompany order to clear from the bond
as the warehouse keeper does not undertake to advance cash for duty.
4. Goods are not insured by warehouse keeper but lie in the warehouse
at the owners risk.
