Numerical Skills Lecture

The document provides an overview of a lecture on numerical solution skills. It will teach physics-II, numerical and MCQ problems from physics notes, Princeton series physics MCQs, last 10 years BMC entry test physics MCQs, and selected physics SAT-II MCQs. The aim is to learn skills for solving calculations without a calculator, as they are often not allowed in exams. Topics covered include operations with decimal numbers, squares and square roots, scientific notation, prefixes, power rules, trigonometric ratios, and practice examples.

Numerical Solution Skills

Instructor:
Engineer Shair Hassan Barech
Session 2015

What I will teach you?

Physics-II
Numerical/MCQs at the end of Physics Notes.
Princeton Series Physics MCQs
Last 10 years BMC Entry test Physics MCQs.
Physics SAT-II Selected MCQs (Home Task)

AIM of Lecture.
In Almost all competitive exams and Entry tests calculators
are not allowed in the Examination Hall for calculations.

So the need arises to learn the skills that one can solve the
calculations with out calculator.
In this lecture you will learn some basic rules about solving
numerical without using calculator.

Two perpendicular vector having magnitudes

of 4m and 3m are added, the magnitude of
their resultant vector is
7 unit
