Note:

You PowerPoint presentation file and your Flash (*swf) file must be in
the same folder.

2.

To put your Flash(*.swf) file in PowerPoint, you need to see


Developer tab.

File tab and go to Option.

In the PowerPoint Option pop up menu, click Customize Ribbon.

Check the Developer button and click OK.

You need to customize the property of the flash before it can be played in
PowerPoint.
To do that

Either right click the box (you just created) and select properties

Or click on the Properties on the Developer Tab as shown below.

In the Movie section:

Type in the file name (with extension)

E.g., Logo.swf
