LABORATORY REPORT ASSESMENT GUIDE:


Please follow the procedures in this laboratory manual for writing the report for this
experiment. Include in your report:
1. Title page
a. Title
b. Date and time data were taken.
c. Your name and laboratory partners
d. Instructors Name.
2. Aim and objectives of the experiment in your own words.
3. The equipment used model and serial number.
4. The procedures and a diagram of the experiments setup.
5. Observation / Analysis.
a. All calculations for each step.
b. All plots generated for each step (Model & Actual Graph).
c. All comparisons calculations.
d. For each data collection step in the procedure, there should be either
data collected, a calculation performed or a waveform recorded.
Please include these in the report.
e. Error analysis.
6. Discussion and conclusion.
a. Objective has been achieved or not.
b. Short summary discussing what is observed for each of the steps
given in the laboratory experiment and compare with the accepted
value.
c. Also include what you learned.
7. References
8. Report Presentation must be typed and neatly presented.
