SMS #3 HT breaker tripped at 23:49 HR due to a faulty cable, which was then removed for rectification. BC #2 also tripped at the same time due to overcurrent. At 23:51, TG#1 tripped due to high hotwell level, causing a partial blackout. Auxiliary supply was provided after BC#2 was made on again. Proper cable inspections and insulation testing are recommended during shutdown maintenance to prevent future faults.
