SCHEDULE
The following are the latest scheduled dates on the Project. The Supplier must accept the
scheduled completion dates or state in this Contract, other dates for the performance of the
work. Earlier dates are preferred.
No dates filled into the Suppliers guaranteed schedule columns will imply automatic
acceptance of the Proposed by Purchaser dates.
Day duration as indicated below, shall be expressed as calendar days and not working days.
See Attached Programme. Supplier to provide his acceptance of the program dates.
