How To Submit "Watching A VoiceThread"

This document provides instructions for students to submit VoiceThread assignments in Blackboard. It explains that students must first select the VoiceThread assignment in Blackboard, which will open the VoiceThread page. Students must then click play to watch the entire VoiceThread video and all comments, or they will not be able to submit the assignment. Once finished watching, students click the "Submit Assignment" button to complete the submission. The VoiceThread cannot be submitted until it has been fully watched.

VoiceThread Handout for Students: Submitting Assignments in VoiceThread (VT)

How to Submit an Assignment Requiring You to Watch a VoiceThread:


Select the VoiceThread assignment in Blackboard, which will bring you to your VoiceThread page.
o The VoiceThread assigned to watch will appear in the middle of the page.
Click the play button to watch the video completely. You must watch through all of the comments of you will
not be able to submit the assignment and few to no points will be awarded for participation in that weeks
lecture workshop

Click the Submit Assignment button in the top left corner when you have finished
watching the VoiceThread.

To view the comments


again click on the
picture next to the
VoiceThread.
The slides may or may not
advance on their own, but
you can use the right and
left arrows to review slides
or advance slides.


You cannot submit the assignment until the VoiceThread has been completely watched.
If successfully summited, Assignment submitted will appear on the screen.
