MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
1. As ___________________________, with the agreed commission rate of ________.

I hereby bind myself to:
a. Attend the required orientation,seminars, meetings and other sales
activities conducted by E.G. Ongteco Realty and Brokerage Services.
b. Follow the standard rules and regualtions set forth by E.G. Ongteco Realty
and Brokerage Services. Practice good ethics and professionalism among
self, co-workers and clients.Negotiation of conflict and disputes shall be
settled in a decent manner where both parties are present. Violation on
my part of this contract of agency shall mean cancellation of my
accreditation.
2. The effectivity of this contract shall start on the date of signing the contract
and accreditation shall be renewed every year. In case of voluntary
resignation, letter should be submitted 30 days before the effectivity date
otherwise it will be considered as INVALID.
3. E.G. Ongteco Realty and Brokerage Services has the right to terminate the
contract if violation of the policy has been proven.
