2-Why Did Jesus Die

Jesu died because of humanity's sin and its consequences: the pollution, power, penalty, and partition of sin. His death on the cross was the solution, as he bore our sins and the punishment we deserved. The result of Jesus' death is that it provides atonement for sins as a sacrifice, redeems us from sin's debt through his blood, justifies us through God's grace, and reconciles our broken relationship with God. Whoever believes in Jesus will not perish but have eternal life.
