2nd AWOL Notice

On__________________, the company has sent you an AWOL (Absent without


official leave) letter since your last day of work was on _______________.
Per our first AWOL letter, you were asked to personally report to our office
however until now you are still not reporting nor giving any explanation letter
regarding your AWOL. The company does not encourage such act for it could
be detrimental to its operation. In line with this, we are giving you again 48
hours from receipt of this letter to personally report to our office from 8:00
am- 5:00 pm Monday until Saturday to discuss.
Failure to report with our office within the prescribed period implies that you
are acknowledging that the company may impose you a sanction of
termination due to AWOL- Absence without official leave.
Per our Company Rules and Regulations,

Absence without Leave (AWOL)
a.

Incurring unauthorized and unexcused absences without leave for three (3)
consecutive days or more.
b. Prescribed penalties apply if offenses are committed within the one (1) year record. If
a subsequent offense is committed beyond the one (1) year from the last offense,
previous offenses are disregarded; succeeding offense shall be treated as first.
