EPOXY FC 1805FC SEALER COAT

DESCRIPTION :

SURFACE PREPARATION :

Epoxy FC Sealer Coat is a two-pack clear coating


based on epoxy modified amine adduct hardener
designed as primer or sealer for concrete floors.

* Sweep or chip off all loose sand and excess mortar.


* Use air jet to blow off dust or dirt. For best result ,
use vacuum cleaner.
* Spots of oil grease must be removed with rags
dipped in thinner.
* Fill up major cracks on concrete joints with epoxy
mortar mixture.
* Acid etching on new concrete shall be required
when surface is highly alkaline.
* Dry surface thoroughly prior to painting.

USE :
As primer or sealer for concrete floors and wood
substrates. It readily penetrates to a certain depht
into the concrete or wood surface thus providing
affirm base to subsequent coats.

MIXING RATIO :
(3) three parts volume Epoxy Base :
(1) one part volume Epoxy Hardener.
Brush and Roller : apply @ package consistency
Conventional Spray : 0-5 %

DRYING TIME :
Dry to handle : 2-3 hours
Dry to recoat : 12-24 hours

POT LIFE :
(8) eight hours, one full coat is normally required.

THEORETICAL COVERAGE :
Approximately 30 sq.m. / 4L set
