Job description:
Summary for the Manufacturing Internal Auditor
Works to ensure documentation and compliance are in place for the company and customers. Strive for
continuous process and procedure creation and improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Audit all areas of the quality system in the company to ISO 9001:2008.

Create all internal auditing documentation and reports

Participate in customer audits and surveillance/recertification audits

ISO Training for new hires

CAR (Corrective Action Reports) management

Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Participate in Defective Work systems

Work with all departments for all updated QM (Quality Management) documentation

Create all purchase requisitions for the Quality department utilizing SAP

Gage management for the Inspection department

Qualifications:

The ability to understand quality procedures and processes

Must have an understanding of ISO and the ability to train others

Ability to work independently

Strong communication skills

Experience:

3-5 years of experience working in quality in a manufacturing environment

Auditing experience desired

Strong computer and math skills

Education

Minimum of an Associate in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
